WE need to buy an Estonian company OU
Under these conditions :
• 100% acquisition of an Estonian OÜ;
• maximum asking price for the shares: EUR 3,000 (transaction/notary
costs may be separate);
• sector: flexible — any ordinary lawful operating business is acceptable;
• the same legal entity must have demonstrable genuine economic
activity in Estonia continuously for at least the immediately
preceding six months;
• not a dormant/shelf company relying only on age, VAT registration or
a bank account;
• filed annual reports, zero tax arrears and clean/reconcilable
accounting, tax and banking history;
• no undisclosed liabilities, shareholder/related-party loans,
guarantees, litigation/enforcement issues or problematic high-risk
activity.
For a possible match, please send the legal name/registry code or NDA
process, asking price, evidence of the last six months' actual
activity/turnover, 2024–2025 financials, 2026 YTD, VAT/tax status,
employees/payroll if any, assets/liabilities/loans/contracts and
bank-account status.
The intended rename remains UNILINK TECHNOLOGIES OÜ. The current
business sector is no longer a filter because future activities can be
changed after acquisition; what matters is a clean company with real
current economic substance.
