Discretion is the whole game

A sale process that leaks costs you staff, customers and negotiating leverage. Every listing on BalticDealHub starts as an anonymous teaser: sector, region, size band and headline financials, with no company name, no address and no photographs that identify the site.

Your listing never names you. Every enquiry reaches our team first, and you decide which buyers to talk to and what to share - including turning down named competitors you block in advance.

Anonymous teaser

Publish the numbers that attract serious buyers without revealing the company to your market.

Five languages, one listing

Your teaser is presented in English, Estonian, Russian, Latvian and Lithuanian so Nordic, Baltic and Russian-speaking buyers all find it.

Buyer screening

See who is asking: their mandate, budget and funding status before you release anything.

Preparation support

Optional help with normalising accounts, building the information memorandum and setting a defensible asking price.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much is my business worth?
As a starting point, most owner-managed Baltic SMEs are valued on a multiple of normalised EBITDA, commonly 3-5x, adjusted for net debt. Asset-heavy businesses are often checked against asset value, and recurring-revenue software against revenue multiples. Our free valuation tool gives an indicative range in a few minutes.
How long does a sale take?
From publication to completion, six to twelve months is typical for a Baltic SME. Well-prepared accounts and a clear reason for sale are the two biggest accelerators.
Will my employees find out?
Not from us. Listings are anonymous, enquiries come to you through our team, and you decide who to talk to and what to share. You can also block named competitors before publication.
What documents do I need to start?
Annual reports for the last three years, a current management account, a list of key contracts and leases, and an asset register. That is enough to publish a credible teaser.
Do I pay a commission?
Publishing a teaser is free. If you use our brokerage service, a success fee applies only on completion and is agreed in writing before the mandate starts.
