These terms govern use of BalticDealHub. This is template text for a demonstration build and must be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.

Platform role

BalticDealHub is a listings platform. We are not a party to any transaction between users and we do not provide investment, legal or tax advice.

Listing accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence before committing to a transaction.

Confidentiality

Information a seller shares with you through the platform may be used only to evaluate the transaction concerned.

Governing law

Estonian law applies, with disputes heard by Harju County Court.
